Dr. Harley Moseley lll

BIO:

Dr Harley Moseley lll is a former Consultant Physiatrist and Head of Rehabilitation with the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Barbados,  with 20 years of experience, including stroke rehabilitation, amputee care, and chronic pain management. Trained at the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill). Graduated from the JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute (Rutgers University), one of the top Rehabilitation Programmes in the USA.  Active academic clinician contributing to regional and international rehabilitation research, with a focus on Small Island Developing States (SIDS).

Dr. Moseley was the Medical Director of the Heart & Stroke Foundation during the year 2009- 2010 and was also a previous Director.
